Are there costs associated with our NDCH Community Nursing Services?

Community Nursing services will be charged at the applicable rates, please refer to our fee schedule.

Health Professionals and other agencies can use our referral template available in the resources section of this website.

​People over 65 years of age (50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) needing District Nursing services in Pyramid Hill need to be referred using the Australian Government’s My Aged Care system.  Call the My Aged Care Contact Centre on 1800 200 422 or use the online form here.
