Mansoor Hussain is a seasoned healthcare executive who joins Northern District Community Health (NDCH) as our Chief Operating Officer, commencing on 28 April 2025. This newly established role builds on the former General Manager Community Health position and reflects the continued growth and evolution of our services across the region.

With extensive experience in senior roles across State Health, acute and rural healthcare, aged care, and disability services, Mansoor brings a broad perspective and deep understanding of the healthcare system. His professional journey has been guided by a strong commitment to improving access to high-quality care, particularly for underserved and hard-to-reach communities—an approach that strongly aligns with the mission and values of NDCH.

Originally from New South Wales, Mansoor has relocated to the region and is looking forward to settling in and getting to know the community. He is passionate about working collaboratively with teams to strengthen service delivery and support the health and wellbeing of our local communities.
