Community Projects

NDCH is proud to partner with Gannawarra Shire and MDAS Kerang supporting projects for Community.

Tyapa Kurra Kahl. In 2025 a partnership was formed to see the creation of a bush tucker space at MDAS in Kerang. This space is being created as a gathering place supporting connection to country and culture, as well as each other.

Working with community members, Elders, youth and children is seeing this space develop into an area community can proudly say is theirs.

Our theme song for 2025

Koorie Kids of Kerang

I’m a little Koorie kid, Kerang is where I roam,
I live on Barapa Barapa country, it’s where I call home.
I’m a little Koorie kid, together we all stand,
I’m a little Koorie kid, so proud of this great land.
I’m a little Koorie kid, and this is what I say,
I shine so bright, I’m who I am, in every single way!
