Northern District Community Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Specialist Homelessness Service Worker to work 3 days a week. The Specialist Homelessness Service Program Worker will work with individuals and their families to provide information, referral and support to assist them to find short term and long-term sustainable housing. This role will require the worker to be able to work with both a support and strength-based approach. This person will be supported an experience Specialist Homelessness Support Worker and work within the Community Support Team. The position will be based at Northern District Community Health’s Kerang site but providing service across all NDCH sites.

Current drivers licence.
