How can speech pathology help you?

Speech pathologists can help manage communication and swallowing issues related to early childhood development, disability, stroke or other brain injury and ageing.

Our speech pathologists work with pre-schoolers and adults living at home who:

  • Are late talkers or have a developmental language delay
  • Have difficulty speaking due to a disability or following a stroke or other brain injury
  • Have difficulty understanding others and/or following instructions
  • Have difficulty pronouncing words clearly
  • Stutter
  • Have difficulty swallowing
  • Have a voice disorder (e.g. vocal nodules, frequent loss of voice etc.)

What is the cost?

This service will be charged at the applicable rate, outlined in the fees schedule.
