Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist at NDCH plays a vital role in supporting the functional independence, wellbeing, and quality of life of clients. This role is specifically focused on delivering assessment and intervention services to clients who are eligible for Home and Community Care (HACC) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) funding but are not eligible for NDIS supports across the Gannawarra and Northern Loddon Shire.
