At Northern District Community Health, our Specialist Homelessness Service (SHS) is here to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. What We Offer
Our SHS team offers a range of services, including:

- Referrals to Other Services: We’ll connect you with additional resources, including accommodation support, financial material assistance, and specialised support services.

- Accessing Bond Loans: Support in applying for financial assistance to help with rental bonds.
