
Di joined the NDCH Board in 2024 and brings over 15 years of experience across various boards, along with qualifications in agribusiness and agriculture. She is passionate about mental health, wellbeing, and advocating for equitable access to services in rural communities.

Lynne joined the Board in 2024 following a 40-year career as a registered nurse. She has extensive experience in health sector management and is dedicated to safe, quality care in rural communities.

Richard joined the Board in 2018, bringing extensive experience in finance, business management, and governance across both public and private sectors. He is committed to ensuring the sustainability and integrity of rural health services.

Cameron has been a Board member since 2019, contributing expertise from his career in agriculture and health-related governance roles. Now semi-retired, he also enjoys aviation, restoring vintage cars, and travel.

Charlie has served on the NDCH Board since 2014 and has a long history of local community involvement. A lifelong Gannawarra resident, he is passionate about improving access to quality health services in rural Victoria and supporting the wellbeing of the local community.

Kathy joined the Board in 2022 and brings extensive leadership experience in nursing and community health management. She is passionate about ensuring high-quality care and support for clients across rural communities.

Mebin joined the Board in 2024 and has a long career in health leadership, including regional public hospitals and community care services. He is committed to inclusive communities and improving access to essential services.

Travis joined the Board in 2025 and brings experience in community engagement, mental health support, and youth work through his role with Victoria Police. He is dedicated to strengthening connections between local services and the community.

Jane joined the NDCH Board in December 2025 and brings extensive experience and deep knowledge of the health sector, workforce and the rural health context. She holds the position of Pro Vice Chancellor Innovation (Regional) and Dean at the Latrobe Rural Health School, Latrobe University and has secured significant research funding focused on health workforce and system strengthening. Jane is passionate about improving access to quality healthcare, particularly in rural and remote communities, and was named Rural and Remote Health Advocate of the Year in 2024.
