- to prevent diabetes
- connect in with other services such as podiatry
This service is for anyone who has:
- just found out they have diabetes
- ongoing diabetes management needs
- diabetes during pregnancy
Endocrinology Telehealth
Endocrinology Telehealth is a service available only when required.
To organise an Endocrinology Telehealth appointment, please speak with your diabetes educator.

- ongoing diabetes management needs
- diabetes during pregnancy
What is the cost?
This service will be charged at the applicable rate, outlined in the fees schedule.
What area do we cover:
The Gannawarra and Northern Loddon Shire Councils. Please contact the team for specific areas that we cover.
