How do I access the services?

You can contact our customer engagement team on 03 – 5451 0200.
Health Professionals and other agencies can use our referral template available in the referral section of this website.

​People over 65 years of age (50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) with chronic health issues needing Podiatry services need to be referred using the Australian Government’s My Aged Care system.  Call the My Aged Care Contact Centre on 1800 200 422 or use the online form here.
